About our region
History
After having built solid and reliable houses, the farmer families in Black Forest started to use the long winter time together with the plenty available wood to invent tricky mechanical devices.
Location
The Black Forest is a woody highland with mountains separating the European rain between the North Sea (Rhine/Rhein River) and the Black Sea (Danube/Donau River).
